Ministry of Sound CLASSICAL is returning with its biggest show to date! MOS CLASSICAL is set to bring the party once again to stages in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, with a brand-new show and setlists. Punters will again be able to celebrate the greatest moments in dance music, Led by award-winning conductor Vanessa Perica, the rest lineup for this epic event includes Reigan, Karina Chavez, Rudy, Lady Lyric and Luke Antony with support from Tall Paul, Stafford Brothers & Stanton Warriors, plus a huge local line up in each city.

SUBSONIC unveils phase one!
One of New South Walesā longest-running music and lifestyle festivals has confirmed its return in 2024! Subsonic Music Festival, in its 13th year, will take place from 29th November to 1st December at Riverwood Downs, a stunning location nestled in the foothills of the Barrington Tops. Spin Off Festival has joined forces with the party experts from Cherry Nightclub and the result is the addition of a brand new stage at this year's event. The new Cherry House Party stage will be hosted by MC Manov and will feature all of the venueās finest resident DJs including MANOV, TOMMY G, JONNY K, BRAD, GEEZER, HECTOR, KRYSTAL, GUNS DOWN, NINEONEONE, SOME BROWN & BRAYDEN.

Disruptive Productions have confirmed that šš„š¢š§š & ššØš„š¬ ššš¦š§ will return in 2024, with a mosh pit-ready lineup that includes internationals Fear Factory and Dharma, two reuniting bands in Testeagles & Day Of Contempt, a 40th Anniversary performance from the Hard Ons as well as a whoās who of local metal talent including Northlane, Thy Art Is Murder, Thornhill, Bodyjar, These New South Whales, C.O.F.F.I.N, and many more.

Melt Open Development Program
Brisbane Powerhouse has launched the Melt Open Development Program, which will provide artist support that will be available for the inaugural event, taking place across venues around the city from 23 October to 10 November 2024. Melt Open offers a platform for the LGBTQIA+ community to celebrate through this city-wide festival as part of the 2024 Melt Open Festival of Queer Arts and Culture.

Listen Out/ Listen In organisers have announced the festival series will go ahead in 2024 despite the challenges being faced by festivals around the country. Listen Outās lineup includes 21 Savage, Lil Tjay,Tyla, John Summit, Sub Focus, Folamour,Cassian, Disco Lines, Teezo Touchdown, Flo Milli, Jessie Reyez, Lithe and will again take place in the capital cities of Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, with the trimmed-down Listen In also returning to Adelaide and New Zealand this September and October.
Saddle up for Ridin' Hearts
Country Music fans get excited⦠Ridinā Hearts Festival has announced it will be returning to Sydney and Melbourne this November! The boot-scooting bash will take place on Saturday the 2nd of November in Sydney and in Melbourne on Sunday the 3rd of November. While Ridinā Hearts lineup is yet to be revealed, the festival will again include a range of market stalls, mouth-watering food and beverage outlets, a silent disco, a giant cornhole game and a Brixton hat branding station for that unique edge.
The Skyline looks epic!
This year the Dashville Skyline Music Festival celebrate its 10th anniversary this October long weekend and its the attendees that will benefit from this milestone being reached with an epic lineup that so far includes Ross Wilson, Kingswood, Shane Howard, William Crighton, 19 Twenty, The Counterfeit, Grace Petrie, Rose City Band, Uncle Lucius, Emily Barker and Magpie Diaries.
It's a Sweet Relief!
QLD Music Trails has announced the dates and the lineup for Brisbaneās Sweet Relief! Festival. The dance-heavy music festival will take place on the 7th of September at the Ballymore Stadium with a super sweet lineup that includes KELIS, The Presets, Electric Fields, Haiku Hands, Juno & Dameeeela.
Indie-Con 2024 launches
The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR) has released details of its annual Indie-Con Australia Conference which will return to Adelaideās Mercury Cinema from the 31st of July to the 2nd of August 2024 with guest speakers that include Ellie Rumbold (Partisan Records, DEU), Lisa Hresko (A2IM, USA), Stuart Kennedy (ATC Live, GBR), Emmy Feldman (Heavy Duty, USA) & Nicole Ficenec (Our Bad Habit, USA).
Testify...Testament
After an incredible national run in 2023, Ministry of Sound is heading back around the country this August with their biggest tour yet. Testament will again produce two specially curated sessions (90s & 00s) across 7 cities, as the series celebrates the golden era of clubbing with an incredible lineup of the most significant global names of the era.
A decade of Festival of the Stone
Stone & Wood have confirmed the return of Festival of the Stone for its 10th edition set to take place at their world-renowned Brewery in Byron Bay on Saturday the 1st of June. This celebration of Music and Community will see Byron locals and visitors gather to enjoy a solid all-Australian lineup of music that includes Dan Sultan, Beddy Rays, The Beefs, Verge Collection, AKA Lui, Mid Drift as well as a roster of local DJ talent.

On Friday we received the devastating news that another long-running Music Festival would not be going ahead in 2024. Sadly, the Central Coastās Return to Rio will not be running this year leaving another gaping hole in the festival calendar. RTR joins a distinguished list of some of our biggest and brightest festivals including Splendour In The Grass, Groovin The Moo & Heaps Good, that have had to ātake a breakā or pull the pin entirely.

Adelaide, get ready for a super hot July with the announcement that the Spin Off Festival is set to return to The Adelaide Showgrounds on the 19th with a lineup stacked with a generous selection of international and local artists. South Australiaās most loved mid-year music event lineup includes Girl In Red, Conan Gray, G Flip, Baby Gravy, The Last Dinner Party, Michael Marcagi, Old Mervs plus more for the festivalās seventh edition.

Summerās ultimate Hip Hop & RnB festival, Juicy Fest returns in 2025 with its one-day format again heading capital cities around the country. The line-up for Juicy Fest 2025 will again include influential international artists from the genres including Ludacris, Akon, Tyga, Keyshia Cole, Omarion, Fat Joe, SWV, Blackstreet and Jacquees.
