1.  Don’t get offended!

Because we’re siblings, it’s way easier to tell each other if we hate someone’s idea! You just gotta take it with a grain of salt and collaborate on a new idea to make the outcome loved by both!

2.  #vulnerable

We keep it real in the studio, and it’s much easier to be open and write about things that hit our soft spot because we’ve most likely been through it together, or we can be there for each other when opening up about it.

3.  NO MORE LOVE SONGS

Maybe I’m just salty I haven’t been in it, but love=gross and I don't like writing about it with my sister!!! I let one slide (the song ‘yours’ from our EP) and I actually do LOVE it (pun intended). But also, I don't want people to think the love song is about us… together… in a relationship!!!! EW!!! #siblingsnotdating!!! However, in saying this, I won’t limit myself and will 100% be open to writing more love songs… in the future!!

4. story book songs !!

Because of ‘NO MORE LOVE SONGS’, we’re left with little material to write about things… ugh there’s just so much love all round !! #wholesome! so we like to write about random stories!! like ghosts looking for a friend or telling lies to just ‘stir the pot’… the imaginary options are endless, you just gotta think of them!
